With Help from Wal-Mart v. Dukes, Quarles & Brady Knocks Out Class Claims Against Milwaukee Schools
Yet another class action has fallen victim to Wal-Mart v. Dukes. The 7th Circuit has reversed lower court rulings certifying a class of disabled students in Wisconsin and finding both agencies liable for violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
