A $100 million suit filed against Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Levene Neale Bender Yoo & Brill isn't the first time that film financier David Bergstein has leveled accusations of professional malpractice against his former attorneys. He earlier sued two lawyers who essentially served as general counsel to his companies.
