Second Circuit (Finally) Weighs in on Class Cert in MBS Cases
There's definitely good news for mortgage-backed securities defendants in a much-anticipated order released by the Second Circuit on Monday. But the appellate ruling may not pose that much of an obstacle for class action plaintiffs lawyers, especially at this stage in the MBS litigation.
