Removal of Haynes and Boone N.Y. Partner Spawns Dueling Lawsuits
Dallas-based Haynes and Boone asked Harvey Kesner to leave its New York office last year. Last month, Kesner sued the firm in New York federal court for wrongful termination, demanding $15 million in damages. Last week, Haynes and Boone struck back, suing Kesner in a Texas state court.
