Qualitative Approaches to Reducing Outside Counsel Expenses
In the challenging economic environment in which most companies are currently operating, reducing outside counsel expenses is getting increased attention. Although it is difficult to offer either a "one-size fits all" approach or a guaranteed array of silver bullets, former Safeway GC Michael C. Ross offers some qualitative approaches.
