Program Would Bring E-Filing to Criminal, Family Court
New York Chief Administrative Judge A. Gail Prudenti has proposed legislation authorizing a three-year pilot program for e-filing in criminal and family courts in the state. The new proposals are part of an ongoing push toward e-filing in New York state courts.
