On 3rd Circuit Panel, O’Connor Hears Echo of Antitrust Case
Retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor heard arguments last week in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit that centered on an opinion she joined while sitting on the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. The Third Circuit case is a class action antitrust suit brought against title insurers in New Jersey.
