Lawyer Uses Poetry, Article 78 to Demand Action on Divorce
An Atlanta attorney could face disciplinary action for sending a poem to a New York special referee complaining about his client's nine-year divorce litigation. The 60-line poem, sent in a Dec. 23 email, refers to "The attorneys and consultants nestled all snug in their beds/While visions of paid fees danced in their heads."
