‘Jacobsen’ Gives Legs to Open Source
A number of recent acquisitions have vastly expanded the resources of open source projects. This, coupled with the decision, may inspire open source copyright holders to aggressively pursue litigation with the possibility of injunctive relief as a remedy for infringement.
