In CFTC Suit, Business Groups Claim Agency Didn’t Consider Effects of New Rule
Claiming that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission failed to consider the costs and benefits of a new rule, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Investment Company Institute have sued the agency in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
