GPS Data in Drug Conviction Under Attack
A man's conviction for drug trafficking that involved data gathered from a GPS device is now under attack in the D.C. Circuit, where civil libertarians and privacy rights advocates have joined his defense lawyers to challenge what the attorneys say is unlawful government surveillance.
