FedEx Fee Fight Packs $25,000 Sanction
A California plaintiffs lawyer is facing $25,000 in sanctions for making allegedly false statements in a fee fight over a FedEx bias suit. A special master found the lawyer submitted billing records formulated after the fact and deliberately failed to produce requested documents.
