Disbarred Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Defrauding Health Provider
Jeffrey Squitieri, who was caught on tape urging his "client" -- actually an undercover agent posing as an accident victim -- to boost the value of his insurance claims by having multiple MRIs and unnecessary medical procedures, pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to defraud a health care benefit provider.
