CorpCounsel Obtains Release of AIG Corporate Monitor Reports
In what is believed to be the first order of its kind, a federal judge on Monday directed American International Group and the SEC to make public the corporate monitor reports on AIG leading up to the economic collapse of 2008. The motion seeking access was filed by CorpCounsel's Sue Reisinger and ALM Media.
