Co-defendants’ pleas prompt delay for FCPA trial
As a result of recent plea deals by the former CEO of Control Components and his wife, a federal judge has tentatively delayed trial in a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act case involving alleged bribes to officials in countries including China, South Korea, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.
