New Jersey solo Ekaterina Schoenefeld single-handedly won a federal court ruling last year striking down a New York law requiring nonresident lawyers who practice in New York to maintain an office there. But she won't be going it alone as she strives to preserve her victory against New York's challenge in the Second Circuit.
