Attorney accepts disbarment for misappropriation of $1.1 million
In one of the largest misappropriation cases brought by the State Bar of California, an attorney has accepted disbarment for taking $1.1 million from 10 clients who retained him to solve their mortgage problems. Vafa Allan Khoshbin will be placed on inactive status until the state Supreme Court approves his anticipated disbarment.
