Apple’s Ex-GC Returns to Old Firm

March 17, 2010

Former Apple GC Daniel Cooperman is back from a short retirement, rejoining Bingham McCutchen. His first day as of counsel was Tuesday. The 59-year-old left Apple at the end of September after two years, and was replaced there by former Intel General Counsel Bruce Sewell. Cooperman will split his time between Bingham's San Jose, Calif., and San Francisco offices, and will handle corporate and transactional matters.
