Apple Cries Foul over Follow-On iPhone Antitrust Class Action
Apple is hoping that an arbitration clause in AT&T Mobility's contract with its iPhone customers can stop a proposed class action in its tracks -- again. In a motion to dismiss, Apple argues that the new complaint is a "brazen" attempt by the plaintiffs to circumvent the judge's earlier order decertifying the class.
