Another Defendant Settles Out of LCD Price-Fixing Case
The big class action heading to trial over allegations of price-fixing in the LCD flat-panel market just got smaller, as LG settled last week with a class of consumers and 24 states. That leaves just one defendant, and one class of plaintiffs -- the direct purchasers of the TFT-LCD panels -- for trial.
